Welcome to Copper AI, provided by BusyboySolutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using Copper AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Copper AI. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Services
Copper AI provides an AI-powered chatbot application that allows users to query connected tools and services. The Services are powered by third-party integrations, including OpenAI and Pipedream, and we are not responsible for any downtime, errors, or limitations caused by those third-party providers.
3. Accounts
You may be required to create an account to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Copper AI is offered on a subscription basis through Stripe, with monthly and annual plans. By subscribing, you authorize BusyboySolutions LLC to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: Use the Services for unlawful purposes. Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the Services. Use the AI in ways that violate applicable laws, including data privacy or intellectual property laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Services (including software, branding, and content) are owned by BusyboySolutions LLC or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal or business purposes.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results generated by the AI will be accurate or suitable for your specific needs.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BusyboySolutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (such as by email or app notification). Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
